How to compress a large file to small file [SOLVED] 2013

Now the problem is that how we can compress large file size to small one to upload it easily, and this problem got solved by me.
And the answer is simple and that is Pea-zip a compression software but very effective against large files,

HOW TO USE:
Just right click on the file.
Select Add to archive.
then below select split.
Then after it select ur MB or GB size. to make it into parts.
