1. First Download the 1.8 Minecraft.jar: http://assets.minecraft.net/1_8-pre/minecraft.jar
Warning: Before applying, you should know that you wont be able to play multiplayer on any minecraft servers(not tested yet) because almost all of them are still 1.7 ! So make sure to create a backup first!
2. Once downloaded, go to start then type in "%appdata%" without the quotation marks, then click the "roaming" folder then the ".minecraft" folder, after that open the "bin" folder up then drag and drop your newly downloaded minecraft.jar file and replace the old one into the bin folder, then you're done! Enjoy the latest update as early as today!
