Protagonists: A hero can make the movie/game famous obviously, In GTA V we have three main Protagonists, Named as Michael, Franklin, And trevor, Will do full fun and crazy stuff throughout the game.
A brand new command added here, you can change your protagonist when ever you want, A simple menu which will takes u to above the city like an google earth view and after selection of the hero it will came back to game with that one u selected.

Vehicles: GTA is nothing without vehicles, it just add some sugar to it. and if you are a true GTA Lover then in high jacking the vehicles you don't need to get in detail.In GTA V all citizens will not allow you to get their vehicle easily. plus cops will notice too with the alarms of the cars and will chase you.

Missions: GTA V contains simple missions, which will tells you story as you go. The story-line will be very easy to understand and you will say that i want to play this game all day long.As happens in GTA IV, Strangers will also have missions for you. and you will do them to increase your respect and popularity throughout the city. The best thing in it is Decision taking, Player will decide what to do next.

It will have the new engine with clear animations and something can be taken from LA NOIRE.
An Organised frame rate, anti-aliasing, and graphics which contains smooth obstacles.
Graphics configurations can be taken from MAX PAYNE 3, like DX9, DX10 and DX11.
Rockstar need real RPG Elements in the game like happened in GTA IV and GTA San Andreas.

Comparison with GTA IV: In the game-play of GTA IV, their is a time when player will get bored by it's graphics looking on the building textures look like u r a dead man and you become dull., Now as compared with GTA V such thing not going to happened their will be no boring issue can be locate during it's game-play and player will enjoy the fun all day long and His/Her heart will never allow Him/Her to exit the game.High end settings of GTA IV with ice-enhancer will not be able to compare the graphics with GTA V.

On the other hand a magazine related to game industry said that development of GTA V costs about 137.5 million dollars to Rockstar. And an other official worker tells that Rockster will easily cover it.

PLATFORMS: The main question is GTA V and new Next-gen consoles ? The answer is simple It will be play-able on old consoles but it can't be said that if Rockstar pushes this game to new consoles, if this happens then it will the great loss for all gamer's.
