Well, it was said that it is only for iPhones but now it getting attached with other gadgets too including iPods and Game-pads. From my eyes it's not good for Apple to take this step because it will effect it's retailers as some officials also thinking like this but for game-pads its can be said that it is good thing for gaming but not for iPods.
